Simon and Garfunkel stand as among the most iconic popular performing duos of all time. Their memorable music will be celebrated when the Great North Woods Committee for the Arts brings to Colebrook the duo Bookends, the leading tribute performers celebrating the songbook of Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel.
Get ready to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in grand style at the Colebrook Country Club beginning at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 17, as the region’s largest Celtic ensemble gathers to celebrate the music of the Emerald Isle.
The Great North Woods Committee for the Arts announced this week that unfortunately due to a health issue with one of the key band members of the French Acadian group Vishten, the concert planned for this Friday, March 10, at Monadnock Congregational Church in Colebrook has had to be cancelled.
"We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause," said GNWCA President Charlie Jordan. "Our next scheduled show is the Celtic ensemble Islay Mist Ceilidh at the Colebrook Country Club on St. Patrick's Day, Friday, March 17, at 7 p.m..
