A Historic North Country Setting
Consider the quaint and historic property of the Great North Woods Center for the Arts, the former home of the Shrine of Our Lady of Grace
and the Parsons Family farm. The property is listed on the New Hampshire Register of Historic Places and offers a memorable setting
for small weddings, receptions, private parties, meetings and special events. The former farmhouse/lodge was built by the original Parsons family,
founders of The Balsams Grand Resort Hotel in Dixville Notch, New Hampshire. Today, the property offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere
surrounded by cedar trees, stone walls, wooded areas and outdoor gathering spaces.

Indoor Space Includes

• 2,200 sq. ft. of indoor space in the theater room
• 1,395 sq. ft. in the secondary room
• Heat and air conditioning
• Seating for up to 100 guests
• Tables, chairs and tablecloths supplied
• Special seating area in the theater room for a bridal party, up to 10 people

Inside the Lodge
The lodge offers convenient areas for wedding parties, hosts and guests to prepare, relax and gather before or during an event.
Amenities Include

• Three bathrooms
• Shower
• Eight bedrooms that may be used as dressing rooms
• Large lounge area for relaxing
• Separate room for snacks and beverages, with microwave and coffee pot available
• Smaller second-floor lounge/sitting area with small refrigerator and coffee pot
• Additional flexible spaces throughout the building

Outdoor Areas Include

• Rock walls and stairways surrounded by cedar trees
• Outdoor amphitheater
• Elevated walkway for an outdoor ceremony
• Winding art sculpture walking path
• Several benches to sit and relax
• Wooded areas and peaceful natural surroundings
• Large parking areas available

Package #1 — $1,500

Includes full use of indoor and outdoor areas for up to 8 hours.

Renter supplies decorations. Catering is available for an additional fee.

Package #2 — $2,500 
Two-Day Wedding / Event Package
Includes access for rehearsal and dinner/reception the day before, plus full use of indoor and outdoor areas for up to 8 hours on the day of the event.

• Day-of-event rental for up to 8 hours
