The Bob & Sarah Amos Band presents an exciting and varied program of Americana and Bluegrass original and traditional songs, with intricate instrumentation and soaring vocal harmonies.
The Bob & Sarah Amos Band has been described as a Vermont Bluegrass Supergroup with seasoned and talented pros of the acoustic music scene. The group features Bob and Sarah on lead vocals, with Bob on banjo and guitar. Andy Greene on guitar and Kirk Lord on bass are longstanding highly regarded musicians who have been members of top Vermont bands such as The Revenants, The Bluegrass Gospel Project, The Modern Grass Quintet and Breakaway. Mandolinist Matt Flinner, who moved to Vermont about 10 years ago, is an exceptional musician and is widely considered to be one of the world’s top mandolin players.
