The Camerata New England piano quartet, hosted by the Great North Woods Committee for the Arts, will perform in concert on Sunday, Oct. 9, at 3 p.m., in the Tillotson Center theater in Colebrook. This is an opportunity to hear some beautiful music during the crisp fall season for classical music aficionados.
Camerata New England has performed for many years with the Great North Woods Committee for the Arts as its host. This autumn concert will feature performers Peter Sulski on viola, Linda Galvan on cello, Evelyn Zuckerman on piano and Omar Chen Guey on violin. The music will feature Piano Quartet in G minor, K.478, by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, and Piano Quartet in E flat major, op. 47, by Robert Schumann.
Since 2009, Camerata New England has been developing just the right combination of performers to create its unique sounds. Essential to that sound is that every member of the ensemble is a highly qualified, expert musician. Each Camerata New England performer is distinguished in his or her own right, as well as a superb ensemble player.
