These three young musicians are best friends, Jesse Périard, and brothers Rowen Gallant and Caleb Gallant, hailing from the North Shore of Prince Edward Island. They are having the time of their lives immersed in the music they love and performing together as Ten Strings And A Goat Skin.
Their name comes from the fact that they play stringed instruments and a Celtic drum (hence the “goatskin.”) They have just returned from an appearance in France, when they have earned a legion of more fans.
Tickets are $15 and now on sale at Fiddleheads on Main Street in Coleborok and at the door on the night of the concert. For more information on this and other GNWCA shows, call 237-9302 or 246-8998, or visit the organization’s website at www.gnwca.org.
